Project Description
Miniature powdercoated ore carts compliment the existing mining exhibit at the Telluride Historical Museum. Donors’ names are carried across the wall in varying sizes, depicting the donation size. The wall will continue to fill over the years, as names are added.
Aspen leaves in shades of green frame the chosen words of each donor… which are attached with green rivets of course. The powdercoated aluminum leaves will continue to fill the Telluride Historical Museum’s amphitheater steps. The leaves are offset from the concrete risers for both function and aesthetics… shadows travel along the concrete throughout the day. Leaf size varies with donation size.
