Project Description
Walking Mountains Science Center honors individuals annually at their Taste of Nature Gala. The Founder’s Stewardship Award recognizes individuals for their commitment to inspire environmental stewardship and encourage fellow citizens to care about the natural world. The Reach For The Peak Award honors someone for their philanthropy, focusing on conservation.
Kiitellä created two nature-inspired awards designed to be similar yet unique. They both are fabricated with laminated layers of stainless steel, wool felt, and birch ply, yet are distinct in themes of mountains and leaves. (Plus a few award designs from previous years.)
